Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days and is free on all UK orders. Next-day delivery before 1 PM is available on selected products for orders placed before 3 PM on a working day.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — delivery is completely free on every order we dispatch, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partners will typically leave a card and reattempt delivery the next working day or arrange a collection from a local depot. You'll receive tracking information by email so you can manage your delivery preferences.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@amazingdigital.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 3–5 working days of receiving the item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving your returned item. The money typically appears in your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Warranty
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes — every product sold by Amazing Digital includes a minimum 1-year warranty. We handle all warranty claims in-house so you don't have to chase the manufacturer.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at support@amazingdigital.com with your order number and a description of the fault. Our team will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or repair, usually within 5 working days.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel with our courier. You can also use our Track My Order page at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Contact us immediately at support@amazingdigital.com. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First, check your tracking link from the dispatch email. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Payments
Is it safe to pay on Amazing Digital?
Yes — all payments are processed securely via Stripe using industry-standard 256-bit encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes — an order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. It includes an itemised receipt with all pricing, VAT, and delivery details.
