Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Amazing Digital you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Fast Delivery (Standard): All orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 3 working days via our courier partners. Delivery is free on all orders.

Next Day Delivery by 1PM: Available on selected products marked with the "Next Day 1PM" badge. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Exceptional Circumstances: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather, courier disruptions, high demand periods (e.g. Christmas), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, delivery may be extended by 1–2 additional working days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected and you will have the right to cancel for a full refund if the delay is unacceptable.

Delivery Address: We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@amazingdigital.com to initiate a return.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazing Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
